Wine can be shaped in so many different ways in its form and structure like hardly any other product. Every intervention in the vineyard and in the wine cellar causes a fundamental change. And wine is also able, as hardly any other product, to unfold such stimulating and harmonious effects when enjoyed. Such intrigue and an appreciation of this unique plant are the driving force behind my daily work in the vineyard, as well as the search for, and perhaps also the creation of a perfect wine.

Jakob Tennstedt is a native of Berlin. He worked for several wineries in Austria, Italy, France and at the Mosel before he found the perfect home for his own wine, deep in the cool Trarbach valley at the Middle Mosel.
